The Crypt of Mail Forgotten

I was sad when I realized a couple days ago that I still had not received the plush companion cube that I ordered as a Christmas present for myself last month.  I contacted Valve, who said that it was already delivered on the 22nd, and gave me the tracking number to confirm this.  I looked all over my house, as sometimes packages are delivered to the back door (giggity) that I never check, but it was nowhere to be found.  Then I called the post office today, and they found it there in the Crypt of Mail Forgotten.  I asked the woman if I could have it delivered tomorrow, and she responded with "oh... okay... we could do that" in a puzzled and slightly annoyed voice, as if I had asked her to put on a feather boa and dance on a table or something.
