Only when rinsing my teeth after brushing. I have very sensitive teeth, and I can only comfortably swish warm liquids around. When I'm drinking cold beverages, I can't let the liquid touch my teeth.

You should definitely get yourself a combination filter/pitcher and keep it in the fridge.
Or just get a new fridge which has the filter and a water dispenser built in.
