Movin' it

In the past few weeks I haven't worked out at all. I've spent that time packing or otherwise getting things ready. In that time of no workouts, my average weight has gone down by three or four pounds.

I realize that's all within a reasonable margin of error, but I think that just helps to prove that the human body is BS.

Do you think that maybe you lost weight as a result of the stress of buying a new home and owing a lot of money?

You do know that muscle weighs more than fat, so sometimes what happens is you will lose muscle, which will actually make you lose weight.

It actually does happen that if you work out a lot, you can end up gaining weight.

I thought that stress generally caused people to gain weight...

And yeah, perhaps I'm just deteriorating.

But it's probably just random noise. Bodies are stupid.
