I'm a morning shower guy. My parents were always bedtime shower people, and they raised me that way, but as soon as I tried showering in the morning instead of at night at age twelve or so, I couldn't go back. A morning shower just makes me feel so much better. It wakes me up, and I start the day off clean instead of "clean several hours ago." It's a morale boost too.
I don't mind going to bed having not showered as some people do, probably mostly because I will start getting sweaty anyway, regardless of what kind of covering I'm under. My body is an incredible heat source.
I can imagine that this is a source of consternation between any couple involving a morning shower person and a bedtime shower person.

I just always assumed that morning showerers and night showerers just don't mate...
I just don't understand how people can do the night time shower. I find sleeping on wet hair to be annoying and tends to look horrible in the morning. Any other time of day is best for me.
"My body is an incredible heat source" would make a great pick-up line. Keep that in mind.
I was raised to be a morning shower person, but now I'm an "after exercise" shower person, and that tends to be in the evening.
On nights that I work out, I shower both at night and in the morning. After a workout I'm too gross to go to bed, but in the morning I'm no longer clean enough to my satisfaction to skip the normal shower.
Oh yeah, and wow, hair. After sleeping for several hours, my hair seems to be no longer capable of being spiked properly until it's been washed thoroughly. That's reason enough for me to be a morning showerer.
