What do people here have against headlights? It's dark outside, and the fog is thick. Why don't you have your headlights on?
This is not a one-time thing. People go around without headlights at ridiculous times frequently here. It boggles my mind.

I see this a lot out here. But I also saw it a lot out in Michigan too, so I think it's just a stupid person thing. I still don't understand why they never figure out their lights are off....
I can't say that, since first getting my learner's permit, I've ever forgotten to turn on my headlights when it was dark out. I can somewhat understand not remembering to turn them on if, say, it's raining, since you don't always need them to see anything in the rain, but when the world is lit only by dim street lights... I don't get it.
