There's nothing worse (well, okay, there are worse things) than a person who thinks they know what they're talking about, but really doesn't, and then add their irrelevant comments to everything. It's like the person who has a problem with their printer and they suggest that "I think it might be a problem with my registry," even though they don't know what the problem is or even what the registry is. I guess they do this because it makes them seem smart and knowledgeable, or at least not ignorant. I don't know.

I guess the proper way to handle it is to not say anything. I mean, I can't really say "hey, I don't really need your useless comments; I can figure it out myself faster if I don't have to try to figure out why you said what you did." Oh well.

Just say "No, I think you're wrong."

Or perhaps the problem is with his insecurities as a human being.
