CompUSA

CompUSA can burn eternally. They had one responsibility, and that was to get a copy of Half-Life 2 to me today. They failed at that. They failed at updating my order based on a simple request. They failed at answering my questions regarding customer service. They failed to produce a satisfied customer. I placed my order a year and a half ago, back when their games division was called "GameFixx" and had a meth addict with a baseball cap as its logo. They had five hundred days to make sure that they shipped my order on time.

I will never purchase anything from them again. I hope that you won't either.

In the grand scheme of things, maybe it doesn't matter that much. I mean, I've waited something like five years for this game, and one day is very little by comparison. But, from another angle, I've waited ages to play the game, and all CompUSA had to do was ship it on time, and I would have been happy.
