Final countdown
It's now technically Sunday, and that means I have one day remaining: one day before fitness boot camp begins. One day left to eat actual food. One day left before I learn just how sore one can be.
Finally. Here goes nothing. (Oh man, why am I doing this again?) On a nice note, I'm down 4 pounds from my stable starting weight, and I haven't even started yet. That's probably mostly due to ramping up my cardio over the past couple weeks. Well, that and random fluctuations. Probably mostly the latter. Appropriate listening: Europe—The Final Countdown (I think this was the first time I'd actually heard the whole song; it's kind of awesome) Labels: health 5 comments:

Tsk - first time hearing all of Europes "The Final Countdown"
I'm sure you'll feel better about the program when you are in better shape.

I keep forgetting there is an age difference of 8 years between us. Of course, you remember some things that I am shocked that you even saw (because I saw them when I was really young!)...like the Herculoids!

You're not going to be that sore. They go fairly easy on you at the beginning. They want to try to get you to work out every day, not blow you out on Day 1 so you're too sore to go at it again, and again, and again, and again...

That's not what I hear. And it seems like cardio 5 times a week is plenty to make me sore.
