Finally
The package that arrived for me in Redmond three and a half weeks ago finally made its way to my doorstep a couple miles away this afternoon. Go-go United States Postal Service. After all the pain of getting it, the CD will probably suck. (Oh well, I got it on eBay for a couple bucks anyway.)
