Constant flush man back from hiatus

After having not seen him for well over a year, a month or so ago I saw that Constant Flush Man, one of my earliest blog recurring characters, has returned from his hiatus. (Or, he stopped doing it and then resumed... he's not very remarkable-looking.) I saw him again just now. He was washing his hands as I entered the restroom, and still washing them when I left. This brings me a sense of comfort and familiarity in my workplace.
