Zero

There are two new kinds of Diet Coke in my area now: Coca-Cola Zero, and Diet Coke with Splenda. I've tried the former but not yet the latter. Zero is interesting... it seems to be quite a bit closer to regular Coke in flavor to Diet Coke, but it shares a lot of characteristics. Upon first drink it seems like it would be worth picking up a case... if cases of it existed.

This is a very random comment having nothing to do with Coke in any way.

"Hi!"

And that's all...:-p Just figured that since your blog has been providing entertainment in an otherwise boring workday, I'd give you a little encouragement to keep writing often! :)

I wondered what Zero was all about. I saw that it was made with aspartame, so I wondered if they were just trying out a new name for Diet Coke. So, good to hear from you that it has a different flavor or something.

I definitely want to try the Splenda Diet Coke, but the last case I bought was aspartame-based.

I tried the Splenda Diet Coke tonight, and it tasted pretty similar to regular Diet Coke. It tastes a little more fake, like the Diet Cokes with Lemon and Lime. The Zero is much better.

Oh, and hi Lori, if you read this.

I'm more of a Pepsi-One drinker, but I might try some of this Splenda Diet Coke to see if I like it better.

Before you say it, yes, I agree that Diet Coke tastes a lot better than Diet Pepsi.

Well, I guess Pepsi One is better than Coca-Cola C2.

Hi back!

I came to like C2 after I found out I could get a nearly unlimited amount of it for 50 cents.

Vending machine in the teacher's lounge at my high school would just keep dropping out sodas if you held the second to last button immediately after putting in 50 cents. When it ran out of whatever that spot was, it gave you random ones. I miss that machine.
